WEIGHT: Still Growing! <br/><br/>Meet Bluey! <br/><br/>Bluey is a big, happy, affectionate puppy with a lot going for her! She is already reported to be house trained and crate trained and has lived with school-aged children. She loves people, greets her friends with tail wags and kisses, has done wonderfully with handling, and has impressed us with her leash skills!<br/><br/>Bluey was adopted as a younger puppy and recently returned to the SPCA when her adopter’s life circumstances changed. While in her home she learned a lot of basic obedience skills, but did not spend a lot of time around other dogs. Since coming back, we’ve been helping her work through some uncertainty around other dogs. She is much more comfortable around smaller dogs and puppies but can still become worried when seeing or meeting larger dogs on leash. <br/><br/>Bluey is a sweet, playful, people-loving pup with lots of potential and is ready to find a family to grow up with!<br/><br/>If you'd like to meet Bluey, give us a call Tuesday–Sunday from 11am–5pm.

The first step is to fill out an application on our website. Petfinder inquiries are not considered an application. Adoptions are conducted on a best-match basis. If we feel you are a great match for an animal you have applied for, we will reach out to you regarding the next steps to adoption. • If you're interested in a pet: Visit our website and fill out an application. We will send an auto-reply email with what to expect and be in touch if we will be moving forward in the process with you. ------------------------------------------------ • Check out adoptable dogs and cats on our website: spcasc.org • Complete the "Adoption Profile" Once you’ve found a well-matched furry friend, please complete our Adoption Profile form on our website. You must be at least 21 years old to adopt. - It’s important that any current canine companions enjoy your new friend as much as you do. We facilitate dog-to-dog introductions outside our main shelter, on leash. For your own dog’s safety, we ask that you do not bring him or her into the shelter. If we move forward with your application and you apply for a dog and already have one, you will be asked to bring your current dog to meet your new potential dog to do a meet-and-greet.
