Blue came in as a guardian surrender on 7/15/26. <br/>His original owners kept him in a small cage, and he was barely ever let outside but his savior could not keep him. He is about 1.5 years old. <br/>He likes people and was so happy to get a much-needed bath when he first arrived. He is a little shy at first and seems to gravitate to woman more than men but overall, he likes everyone once they give him a couple treats. <br/>He seems to like other dogs.
