Meet Bloop <br/>2 Years Old Shih Tzu Mix 13 lbs Male<br/>Bloop is neutered, up to date on vaccines, and microchipped. <br/>Bloop is a sweet little guy who's had more changes in his first two years than any dog should. He's been passed from home to home, and because of that, he's still learning that people can be trusted. What Bloop needs most isn't perfection—it's someone who will finally make him part of the family forever.<br/>Bloop is house trained when taken outside on a regular schedule. He's also crate trained, although he would much rather not be in one. He does very well being left out in the house and is happiest when he can simply relax near his people.<br/>Once Bloop feels safe, his personality really begins to shine. In his foster home, he's become a happy little dog who greets his foster family with a wagging tail, follows the teenagers and adults from room to room, and enjoys being close to them. He's learned to accept pets while relaxing on the couch and will even let the people he trusts pick him up—as long as they approach him calmly and gently. Every day he's becoming more comfortable, and the progress he's made in such a short time has been incredible. Because of these issues we believe Bloop would do best in a home with no children and a fenced yard.<br/>Bloop is looking for a patient, understanding family who will let him settle in at his own pace and continue building his confidence.
