1 year old, 23 pound, Everly found herself in a life & death situation, when she struggled for more than a day to birth her puppies and could not. Her breeder did not have available funds to pay for her emergency cesarean section, so she was surrendered to Mattie's Place and rushed into surgery.<br/><br/>Everly shared 5 beautiful babies with the world, May 28th; Posy, Petal, Bloom, Sprout & Bud.<br/><br/>Posy (female): the smallest, but for sure the mightiest. Not pushy at the milk bar. But is the only one out of the 5 that has a favourite nipple ! <br/><br/>Petal (female): the second calmest (Posy number 1) gorgeous and alert. Loves to cuddle after she eats. <br/><br/>Bloom (female): largest of the 3 females. Loves her food. The first to dive in and try her mash <br/><br/>Sprout (male): largest of the litter. A real cuddler. Always find him curled up cuddling with mom ! <br/><br/>Bud (male): the largest! The deepest blue eyes. The shyest of the litter.<br/><br/>It will be challenging to continue updating 5 profiles with descriptions and photos for the puppies as they grow and change so rapidly at this age, so I've condensed their profiles. If suitable adopters are not found by mid July, I will give them all their own profile.<br/><br/>The puppies at the time of this profile being created are 6 weeks old (July 1). They will be receiving their 1st round of vaccines shortly and I will update their photos and weights at that time.<br/><br/>They are healthy, growing babes without any medical or behaviour concerns.<br/><br/>They will not be adopted together, under any circumstance.<br/><br/>They will require an adopter, who understands brachycephalic breeds and the health issues they could face as adults; breathing issues, heart issues, eye issues, skin & digestive issues, dental issues.<br/><br/>At their non-negotiable spay/neuters early January 2027, at the cost of Mattie's Place, if my veterinarian determines they require BOAS surgery, then that will be completed at that time. <br/><br/>They will also receive 3 rounds of vaccines plus their rabies vaccine, at the cost of Mattie's Place. They have begun their deworming protocols and will continue them with each round of vaccines. <br/><br/>My rescue veterinarian is located in Leslieville (Queen Street East, Toronto) and adopters must be able to transport their adopted puppy, to their vet appointments as scheduled in the adoption contract. <br/><br/>These puppies will require adopters who are home most often, as they are just so young still and can not be home alone longer than 1-2 hours at this time, every now and then. Bringing a puppy home means putting the work in the 1st year to ensure your dog grows up to be a balanced and emotionally mature dog.<br/><br/>Reasonably sized dogs, cats, kids (all must be puppy friendly) are welcomed. <br/><br/>Those willing to work with professional trainers will be preferred.<br/><br/>The puppies are ready to go home July 6 - 20<br/><br/>----------------------------------------<br/><br/>$875 ADOPTION FEE INCLUDES: spay/neuter, deworming, flea/tick prevention, vaccinations, dentals if needed or any added surgical needed surgical care, food, nose to tail health exam, toys, leashcollar, winter coat (seasonal), poop bags, dishes and 30 days of Trupanion pet insurance with immediate coverage on adoption day for any illness or injury not pre-existing.<br/><br/>----------------------------------------<br/><br/>To note: the above description is relevant to this dog in it's current & previous setting.
