Sweet Blake is the most wonderful 4 year old standard poodle male that weighs 65 pounds and is the kind of guy who’s up for about anything. Up for a walk? YES. Wanna hang out and watch tv? YES. Let’s get the ball and play fetch! YES.<br/>He’s a 4-(turns 5 in July) year-old poodle who grew up in a home with parents who adored him, and two toddler ‘sisters’. Due to a family tragedy,<br/>he’s now in a position where he’s looking for a family who loved him as much as his original one. While he’s confused about what happened to his people, he’s very loving with his foster family. He comes over often for head scratches and pets, and gets along well with the other dogs in the house. At his original home, his dad would ride an electric bike, and had a veterinarian-designed attachment where Blake could run alongside the bike. He loved that. Blake is house-trained, and is not a big barker. He loves to sleep on his dog bed next to the peoples’ bed. Although there’s really not much of a reason to need to put him in a crate, Blake is familiar with staying in one. But he prefers to be with people and/or other dogs. Even in this transitional period in his life, Blake is even-tempered, loving, and gentle. He thrives on attention and affection and would be a great move-in ready addition to someone’s family.
