Bitsy is a 6-month-old bundle of joy who came to Maes Mutts Rescue after being surrendered due to a family emergency. Now shes ready to find a forever family that will love her as much as she loves everyone she meets. <br/><br/>We were given Bitys DNA and she is 49% Shihtzu and 30% Dachshund! Like any typical puppy, Bitsy is full of energy, curiosity, and affection. She loves to play and would thrive in a home with another playful dog who can help teach her how to dog and help to continue to build her confidence. Her favorite pastimes include attacking the garden hose, chasing her frisbee around the backyard, and, of course, enjoying as many treats as she can earn! Shes highly food motivated, which makes training both fun and rewarding.<br/><br/>Bitsy is currently crate trained and sleeps comfortably in her crate each night.
