Biscuit is a playful, sweet, neutered male dog, maybe about 9 years old. Probably mostly ShihTzu, he only weighs 14 pounds. His background is a puzzle as he was found as a dirty stray. After a stay at an animal shelter, he came into foster care where he displays excellent house manners. He is fully housebroken, seldom barks, likes to cuddle and enjoys playing with his toys. He gets along very well with another larger dog in his foster home. On his walks he greets other dogs enthusiastically. He has not been tested with cats.<br/><br/>Biscuit shows evidence of an allergic reaction to flea bites. He lost most of his hair on his hind quarters.
