Bingo's Story

Bingo is a 5-year-old Rottweiler with a giant head, a big goofy smile, and an even bigger heart. He was neglected in someones back yard until eventually surrendered to our rescue, this handsome boy hasn’t let his past dull his shine, he’s incredibly friendly, affectionate, and genuinely loves being around people and other dogs. Bingo is the kind of dog who greets you like an old friend and soaks up attention any chance he gets. He’s happy-go-lucky, easygoing, and gets along well with other dogs, making him a wonderful companion both at home and out on adventures. True to his breed, Bingo is a big, strong boy, but underneath that solid Rottie build is a total softie who just wants love, companionship, and a cozy place to belong. If you’re looking for a loyal best friend with a joyful spirit and lots of love to give, Bingo is ready to fill your home (and your heart) in the biggest way possible.

At Hope’s Haven Dog Rescue Foundation, all adoption applicants must complete a detailed application and pass a multi-step screening process. This includes reference checks, a virtual or in-person home visit, and a phone interview. All adopters are required to sign a formal adoption contract that outlines their responsibilities and our expectations for lifelong care. Similarly, all fosters must complete an application and agree to terms through a signed foster agreement. We take time to ensure that every match is appropriate for both the dog and the adopter, prioritizing the dog’s long-term success in their new home. All dogs are fully vetted, vaccinated, and spayed or neutered (or contractually required to be sterilized when age-appropriate) before adoption. We provide full transparency regarding each dog’s behaviour, medical history, and any special needs. Our adoption process also includes continued support and guidance from our team, especially for dogs undergoing training or rehabilitation. We are committed to ensuring each dog transitions safely and happily into a permanent, loving home.
