Billy Ray is about 6 years old. He has been available for adoption since 6/4/2026. Billy Ray is a cute little guy! He can be a little nervous at first, especially in the kennel, but his personality really starts to shine when he gets outside. He loves to run around and play! He doesnt seem to know how to walk on a leash and will need help learning. Billy Ray doesnt seem to know any commands at this time and could use some training.<br/><br/>The adoption fee includes a 1-year Utah County Animal License, a 1-year rabies vaccination, up-to-date vaccination records, and a spay/neuter voucher.
