Sometimes circumstances change in ways no one could have anticipated, and his family is doing the most loving thing they can by asking for help before the situation becomes an emergency.<br/><br/>At only 2 years old, Billie has his whole life ahead of him. He has so many years of walks, adventures, cuddles, companionship, and happy memories still waiting for him.
