Despite that rough goodbye, this sweet 7‑year‑old boy has shown nothing but gentleness. He did have a small tumor, but it was removed with no lasting issues. What remains is a tenderhearted little guy who’s understandably a bit shy at first. Once he realizes you’re safe, he allows handling with no hesitation—he just needs a moment to trust.Big Papi gets along well with other dogs and has even started venturing out on walks. He’s ready for a home where he can take his time, settle in, and finally feel like he belongs.
