Betsy arrived in rescue after being surrendered to a shelter and being very scared. She was also heartworm positive, but has been treated and is doing great! She has settled into foster care and is starting to thrive and is ready for a forever home. Her foster dad says she would like to introduce herself: Hi, my name is Betsy. I'm a very friendly little girl looking for my new best friend. I am cute, sweet, loving and loyal, but I tend to be skittish at first until I get to know you. I get along well with other dogs but if they start to get crazy or play rough, then I get scared. I LOVE attention and hate being left alone, so if you are looking for a new shadow then Im the dog for you! I like to sleep in the bed with my human and do not like being locked in a crate. I like going outside but I am still working on my potty training. Someone who can be home with me most of the day would be my ideal companion. If you are looking for a loyal and loving best friend, or just a new shadow, then you should definitely pick me!<br/><br/>Betsy is spayed, up to date on vaccines, on flea and heartworm medication microchipped and has had her teeth cleaned.<br/><br/>Betsy is fostered in the Orlando area and her adoption donation is $350.
