Betsy

Meet Betsy! This little girl just came to us in rescue and we are first getting to know her, but we do know that she is very grateful to be in a foster home! She was so happy on her freedom ride! <br/><br/>Betsy is about 10 years old, maybe a little older, almost 15 pounds and a shih tzu or shih tzu mix. We had to shave her down due to severe matting and debris in her fur, but she will be beautiful when she is all cleaned up! The last picture is when she first left the shelter, the rest show her shaved down (and looking a little sad because of it).<br/><br/>We are getting all her medical needs (dental, vision check up, vaccines, etc.) taken care of, but she is ready to take applications! We believe that she has limited hearing and vision, though she navigates well in her foster home. In fact, she is her foster mom's little shadow, following her everywhere! Housebroken and quiet.
