Betsy's Story

Meet Betsy! 🐄❤️

Betsy is a 3-year-old French Bulldog who got her name because she looks a little like a tiny cow — and honestly, it fits her perfectly! While we didn’t name her, the name has definitely stuck.

This adorable girl is full of personality and energy. Betsy was surrendered after becoming a little too much for her previous owner, so she is looking for a home that understands the unique needs and quirks of the Frenchie breed.

Betsy would do best with an active owner who has experience with French Bulldogs and is committed to providing structure, patience, and continued training. We were told she can be reactive toward other dogs while on leash and has shown dog aggression in the past. However, she has been doing well with the other dog in her foster home, which shows that with proper introductions and guidance, she has the potential to continue making great progress.

Betsy requires a securely fenced yard where she can safely burn off her energy and continue working on her manners and confidence. She is still learning and will need a family willing to help her continue growing into a good family dog.

Betsy is a fun, lovable girl who needs someone willing to invest the time and consistency she deserves. In the right home, she’s going to make a loyal and entertaining companion. We are currently accepting applications for Betsy and looking for the perfect match for this special girl.
