Meet Berri, a confident and happy retired racing greyhound who recently arrived to Fast Friends from Australia. This spunky little greyhound is full of excitement and has so much love to give. She enjoys meeting new people and experiencing new things. Berri loves to go on walks to look for chipmunks, she is a bit strong lead but is very responsive to vocal cues. She does well with other dogs of similar sizes and temperaments but would not so well in a home with small dogs. Berri would do best in an energetic home environment that can give her all the adventures and fun she needs. <br/><br/>* Fast Friends adopts in the New England area. Fast Friends Greyhound Adoption Center's Adoption Policy

Once we review your completed application, we will contact you to for a phone interview. The interview gives us an opportunity to fully explain the nature of sighthounds and get to know you and what you're looking for in a companion. Then, Fast Friends will help you choose the dog who is the best fit for your household and lifestyle. We have approximately 40 greyhounds and other dogs available at any time, both boys and girls. Once you have selected a dog to join your family, a representative from Fast Friends will come out to your home and go over training solutions for helping your dog become fully house-trained, learn to navigate stairs, and more.
