Bernie, a 3.5-month-old Poodle/Yorkie mix, may just have a touch of Muppet in his lineage, judging by his fluffy tan coat and irresistible charm. Weighing in at 7 pounds 10 ounces currently, Bernie is expected to remain small, making him perfect for those looking for a petite companion.

While Bernie is still mastering the art of house-training, he's showing promise with his growing proficiency in using pee pads. Once the weather warms up, he'll likely spend more time outside honing his potty skills.

Although not particularly interested in crate time, Bernie is a sociable pup who gets along famously with other dogs. His easy-going nature makes him a delight to be around, especially for older kids who can appreciate his playful yet sometimes mouthy antics.

In terms of health, Bernie seems to be in top form with no known medical needs. His spay/neuter appointment is scheduled for March 17th, ensuring he'll be ready for a bright future in his forever home.

Adoption fees INCLUDE a mandatory sales tax of 7.525%. Age and breed are based on veterinarian and intake professional’s recommendation and not guaranteed as a rescue animal’s history is often unknown. Due to post-adoption services provided, we prefer to adopt within a 90-mile radius of Minneapolis; however, we will consider up to 250 miles if the applicant is willing to drive to cities as needed.
