He's calm, housebroken, walks beautifully on leash, and loves getting out for strolls. After which he's more than happy to settle in and relax by your side. He isn't destructive when left alone and carries himself like a seasoned gentleman who already knows the rules. <br/><br/>Bernie does, however, suffer from "FOMO", Fear of Missing Out. Despite being partially blind, Bernie doesn't want to be left in the background! If there's fun, he wants to be involved. If there's drama, he wants to be involved. He'd gladly join the neighborhood watch, attend cookouts, own a police scanner, and commit to a Days of Our Lives marathon.<br/><br/>As for being partially blind?
