Meet Berger
Berger is a 5 year old, 12lb Shih Tzu mix. Berger loves to play with any person who will play with him. He will also entertain himself with a toy. He is fine around other dogs- he doesn't care about them - so would NOT be a good playmate for another dog. Berger would be a great first dog, but NOT a great apartment dog since he has a loud “bark.” Berger isn’t much for being held for very long, but loves to sit next to ya. Berger has periodic episodes that are a type of seizure, but they are so infrequent that no medication is recommended by the vet. Berger’s playfulness sometimes includes playful nipping, that we are working on, so a family with children under 10 years old is NOT a good fit for him. A household with cats is not a good fit for Berger, either. You will fall in love with Berger when you meet him. We are looking for a foster or forever family for Berger.
