BENTLEY's Story
DO NOT USE THE PETFINDER LINK FOR INQUIRIES...AS SOMETIMES THEY ARE NEVER RECEIVED AND WILL NOT BE ANSWERED...INSTEAD...

If interested...and you meet the qualifications we are requiring in a new home for BENTLEY...send an email to:

aboutrescuedogs@aol.com

explaining your family situation and why you think you would be a good fit for him. We also need your vet clinic information as well for a reference.

Adorable BENTLEY is a one year old, 15 pound Poodle/doodle (?) mix. He is your typical energetic pup and and can be a bit shy upon first introduction...but within minutes once he knows you are his friend...he warms right up. He is doing well with the other foster dogs in his temporary home. He is such a young pup, that he would benefit from puppy training classes, as he hasn't learned any manners yet.

Since he is a young pup, a fenced yard would be a plus for his enjoyment and safety. Also...another young dog in his new home would be wonderful...or if he is an "only child"...he would love getting all the attention!

As he was not neutered prior to coming into rescue, his foster mom is working with BENTLEY with his housetraining. She is home with him during the day to keep him on a schedule. An understanding new owner who is stay-at-home or works-from-home and could continue to work with him and keep him on a schedule for his housetraining is desired.

Since coming into rescue...BENTLEY has required the following vet care: he has been neutered, had a bronze bloodpanel including fecal check, been microchipped, received his first distemper combo with lepto, bordetella, and rabies vaccines. His coat was extremely matted...so it was necessary to shave him down quite close to his skin.

Again...if interested in BENTLEY...send an email to;

aboutrescuedogs@aol.com

...with the above requested information.

His adoption fee is $500 and will include (all new) collar, leash, harness. toys, crate, food...and more!

Thanks for wanting to "Rescue One!"
