**Benji** <br/><br/>Meet Benji, a happy, bouncy, playful one-year-old (and one month!) who weighs fifteen pounds! He's moderate energy with fun bursts of playfulness followed by calm downtime. He likes people but isn't clingy, and he handles new situations with calm curiosity.<br/><br/>Benji is good with people, including kids, and brings plenty of puppy playfulness to the mix. He's a little cautious meeting other dogs at first but is growing more confident every day. He knows how to find his own space when he needs it and is great in his crate.<br/><br/>He's potty trained, crate trained, and showing great progress with leash skills. He knows sit and down (still working on holding them a bit longer!) and loves being outside — playing fetch with a small ball or rubber donut is a favorite pastime.<br/><br/>Benji has incredibly expressive ears and eyes and often looks like he's smiling. He's eager to please and still learning the ropes, with fun bursts of playful, mischievous energy, especially morning and night.<br/><br/>Benji would do well as an only dog or alongside another pup, and he's a great fit for apartment living with regular walks.
