Bendita's Story
2 years old, 45 lbs

Personality: affectionate, smart, snuggly, curious, loyal, good running partner, outgoing, rambunctious, mischievous, eager-to-please, smart.

Bendita means "blessed" in Portuguese, and that is exactly what this curious brown-eyed girl will be in any new home. She is a lover, and has become a brave little city pup, taking in all the sights, smells, and sounds when she goes for long walks outside. She's so excited by the city around her that she gets the zoomies after she returns from a walk, but she'll also happily join you for a midafternoon nap.

An independent one, Bendita is content playing with her toys and amusing herself until you are ready for a game of tug-of-war or cuddles. She also does great in her crate-she knows it's her safe space for bedtime-and has no problem being left alone for a few hours.

Bendita has a huge personality, and will tell you all her feelings and then curl up and cuddle with you on the couch. She is nearly house trained, and is making great strides in working on her puppy patience. She is good at picking up new routines, and knows her name and words like "come," "sit," "stay," "wait," and "lay down."

This precious girl is a very adaptable city dog, and ready to find her forever home.
