Ben's Story

This cute little guy is Ben! He is 17 and a half pounds and over 9 years old. He is a senior, but has a much younger personality. He likes to go on walks, explore, get loves and pets. Ben would prefer no kids in his new home as he can be sensitive with some handling, but tolerates being picked up in the proper way. Consistency is key, so he’ll thrive with someone who can offer clear guidance and positive structure. He will jump up on you for attention and when he wants to be carried. He has met a few dogs here and done well meeting them! He would do very well in a quiet, active home.

I'm fixed, vaccinated, microchipped and up to date on parasite preventatives. Since I am a senior dog, I am $92.50 to bring home!

If you are interested, please call the shelter at (541) 474-5458. You can view more adoptable pets at www.jocoshelter.com/adoptions . Walk-ins are welcome, however we highly recommend calling first to check on availability and location (some animals may be offsite or unavailable). Appointments are recommended to reduce wait times, especially for dogs. Thank you!
