I am 4 years old and weight 17 lbs. I need a new home because I was released from a breeder. I am being fostered in Omaha, NE.<br/><br/>I have never had a real home and am new to just being a "dog". I had lots of babies in my past and they all live in homes so now it's my turn to find my furever home too! I want to be surrounded by many furry brothers and sisters so we can be best friends and they can help me navigate this very new, very scary world that I am in now. I LOVE playing with my current fur brother and fur sister and we have fun daily with zoomies and wrestling all over the house! I get along with big dogs and little dogs.<br/><br/>I am very shy, and it will take time and patience for me to trust someone new, but I am coming out of my shell. I put on little dances when I get excited and when my foster mom gets my meals ready. My foster mom says I look like a miniature Deer (whatever that is) <br/><br/>At night I need to be covered under a soft fleece throw to stay warm, and I will sleep at the foot of the bed all night and not move at all until we get up to go potty in the morning.<br/><br/>I am currently working on walking on a leash- my foster mom says I just need confidence, but I walk with other dogs better than alone. I'm working on potty training, and every day I get better at it too!<br/>.<br/>I have no problem going in my crate but prefer to be out as much as I can be.<br/>I LOVE going on car rides and love to watch everything fly by as we drive, but I need to be strapped in with a seat belt, so I am safe. <br/>I will need a yard to explore freely and grass to sniff and roll in and fence that will keep me safe. <br/><br/>Here's a little more about me:<br/>Housetrained? Other medical needs diagnosed while in foster care are also treated prior to adoption.<br/><br/>MABTR requires a fenced in area from families who own their home, however we DO adopt to apartment complexes and communities where fences are not permitted due to leases and covenants. In these cases a leash law must be enforced.
