Bella's Story

Bella is a 5 year old German shepard mix and she is full of silly, goofy energy that will keep you smiling everyday. She loves playing with toys, going on long walks, hiking and riding in the car like the perfect adventure buddy!! Bella would do best in a home with older children, she likes other dogs but cannot be in a home with cats. Bella has been at the shelter for over a year and is very eager to find her loving forever home where she can finally relax, play and be loved the way she deserves. Could that home be yours?

Taunton Animal Shelter's Adoption Policy

**PLEASE CALL AHEAD FOR AN APPOINTMENT TO MEET PETS AT THE SHELTER. 508-822-1463** Adopt a "best friend" for life! Please remember that dogs and cats of all ages need and deserve happiness, love, and a home. In return, they will love you unconditionally for all of your years together. We adopt to New England Residents only and require current/past veterinarian references. An application is REQUIRED to adopt an animal. Vet references will be checked, as well as references for those who rent. Adoption of an animal will be based on APPROVED applications only. We do not accept debit/credit cards. Payment must be check or money order with proper ID or cash. If submitting an application for a dog, please email it to rdanielczyk@taunton-ma.gov or gasman6637@icloud.com Dogs are $200.00 and cats are $165.00 (kittens up to 6 months are $185.00). This price includes the spay/neuter, rabies shot, and other required vaccinations.
