He came into rescue when his previous owner could no longer keep him and he was at risk of ending up in an unsafe situation. <br/><br/>Thankfully, he was given a second chance, and now he’s ready to find the loving forever home he truly deserves. This handsome boy loves people and happily shares his affection with everyone he meets. He enjoys being close to his humans, whether it’s following them around the house, soaking up pets, or simply relaxing nearby. Beethoven also loves spending time outdoors where he can run, explore, and play with toys. Because he previously had the freedom to roam, Beethoven can be curious about the world and will want to explore if off leash. For that reason, a secure yard and supervised outdoor time will help keep this adventurous boy safe and happy. <br/><br/>Beethoven gets along well with other dogs and enjoys having a canine companion, though he would also do well soaking up all the attention as the only dog in the home. He rides well in the car, is house trained, crate trained, and has a lovely medium energy level that makes him a wonderful balance of playful and easygoing. <br/><br/>More than anything, Beethoven is simply looking for a safe place to call home and a family who will love him as much as he loves them. With his sweet nature, playful spirit, and loyal heart, he is ready to bring endless joy to the lucky family who welcomes him home.
