He is very loving and enjoys being petted, held, and showered with attention. Beau isn't shy about letting you know when he thinks it's time for affection, either! He has a million toys to choose from, but his all-time favorite toy is an old sock. Forget the fancy toys—sometimes the best things in life are free! He also loves his stuffed animals and is happiest when he can play, cuddle, and be close to his people.<br/><br/>Rhett is just as sweet and playful, with a personality all his own. He can be a little submissive with people at first, but he warms up quickly and is incredibly loving. Rhett loves giving kisses and has a special talent for making the cutest little grunting noises when he's sleepy or trying to convince another dog to play with him. He is obsessed with the 11-year-old dog in his foster home and would happily spend all day trying to convince his canine friends to play! Rhett loves his bones, and his favorite trick is “shake.”<br/><br/>Both boys are very social and love playing with other dogs and people. They are also good with kids! They can be a little shy when meeting new people, and loud noises like cars and blenders are still a little scary, but they are getting braver every day. Give them just a little time to warm up, and before long, they'll be giving you kisses.<br/><br/>Neither Beau nor Rhett is a particularly independent pup right now. When they aren't busy playing, they would much rather be held, petted, or hanging out with their people. They don't love being alone, but they are gaining confidence and becoming braver every day.<br/><br/>Both boys are house trained, crate trained, and do great on a leash. They currently sleep together in a large crate and puppy pen and have adjusted well to their routine. They are both neutered, microchipped, up to date on vaccines and on monthly preventatives! Now all they need are their own forever homes! <br/><br/>Beau and Rhett would thrive in active, loving homes where they can be included as part of the family and get plenty of attention, affection, and playtime.
