BEAR NEEDS A FOSTER OR ADOPTER WHO HAS EXPERIENCE WITH FEARFUL DOGS. <br/>This little guy is about 8 years old and 13 pounds. We think he might be a mix of Jack Russell terrier and shih tzu. He has an incredible vertical leap! Bear is already neutered, up to date on vaccines, good with other dogs (and cats) and seems to be fully housebroken. He is also insanely cute! His only problem is a huge fear of cages and hands. <br/>We don't know what his previous life was like, as he came into the shelter as a stray. He is hand shy and very protective. He needs a human with EXPERIENCE and PATIENCE. Obviously, no homes with children or seniors. <br/><br/>He has been doing great in his temporary foster home- loves taking walks and sitting on the couch to watch tv. Will gently take treats and give kisses. He is showing so much potential!
