Bear's Story

Bear is 100 lbs of pure love and affection! This 2.5-year-old Anatolian mix is cat friendly, loves women, but is a bit cautious around men.

Bear was dumped by his owner who tied him dirty and matted to a post outside of Petco. He stayed there for hours in the heat until a lady brought him inside and had him bathed and shaved and took him home. Bear is whiney when he sees other dogs, but we think he will do well on a meet.

Bear’s $300 adoption fee includes a microchip, vaccinations, and neuter surgery. If you would like to set up a Meet & Greet and be considered for adoption, please click on the button with the pet’s name to fill out an application. Someone will contact you within 24 hours.

If you have difficulty with the application, please email us at Rescue@AnthemPets.org.

NOTE: Only Arizona based adoption inquiries will be considered.

Anthem Pets Website: www.anthempets.org
