Bear's Story

Meet Bear. He came to us as a surrender through no fault of his own. He was found by the original owner skinny and lost. He brought him back to health, however could not keep him long-term
Bear is a gentle soul and a typical Pyro. So very sweet and gentle. He's about 3-4 years old and in good health now. He does need to be neutered and we'll be making an appointment shortly for that, along with getting him microchipped.
It is preferred that his future family is familiar with the breed. He does well with other pups and cats. He's great with kids (no surprise right???) and is just looking for a family he can call his own forever! Will that be you??
He can go as a foster to adopt to his new family until everything he needs has been done.

**NC only (preferably in or near NH County due to his needing neutered prior to release of ownership to new family)

Freedom Bridge Animal Rescue NC, Inc.'s Adoption Policy
All fosters and adopters are screened to include a vet check and home check prior to placing any pup. We often have pre-adoption events where potential adopters can meet the pups. IF they find a pup they are interested in, an application is completed along with the checks noted above. We bring the pup over and help with any meet and greets as needed, along with supplies for a week as we offer a one week trial prior to needing to commit. IF the pup is not ready yet (e.g. more vaccines, altering, etc) the pup can go as a foster to adopt during which time that pup is still under our ownership until all has been completed.
