Bean's Story

Bean is a "recovering" puppy mill survivor. Originally, I thought I had a home for her but that is not meant to be.
She was born on 12/2/2019 - she had bloodwork, a dental, was spayed and microchipped.
Usually puppy mill survivors are shy, super scared and almost feral -- NOT little miss Bean! Although shy at first, she is sweet with a little bit of sassy. She has loved on both men, women, and other dogs. She loves her food and OMG treats are her kryptonite. She is already crate trained and is learning the artform of being housebroken - but is far from being perfect!
She is a delicious little darling and would do well in a home with another canine companion (one who is calm and not overbearing as she will be fearful) and a fenced yard is a must. She is learning how to walk on a leash, but she is a dachshund --- she wants her yard to do her thing - IYKYK.
Please fill out an application if you would like to welcome her into your home. https://layten.com/cgi-bin/RescueForm.pl
She is the unicorn of puppy mill survivors!!
