What a lady! Meet Baylee, a charming 9-year-old Golden Retriever who recently joined us from a local shelter.<br/><br/>Don’t let her age fool you, she has plenty of energy. She is not a pocket Golden but this petite girl weighs just 47 pounds and could stand to gain a few healthy pounds. She seems to have stayed trim thanks to her constant tail wagging and happy spirit. While her past is a bit of a mystery, Baylee has clearly known love and guidance. She walks beautifully on leash, stopping right along with you, and already knows some basic commands—she may just need a quick refresher.<br/><br/>Baylee has the sweetest manners. She takes treats gently with a soft mouth and loves a good game of fetch, happily chasing a ball and dropping it right at your feet for more. Interestingly, other toys don’t seem to be her thing. But she’s always eager to engage with her people.<br/><br/>Bright, alert, and responsive, Baylee is a true sweetheart ready to bring joy and companionship to her forever home.
