He has a calm, easygoing nature and would make a wonderful companion for someone looking for a more laid-back buddy. <br/><br/>Don't let his age fool you-- Baxter still enjoys a good game of chase and has just the right amount of playful energy to keep things fun without being overwhelming. He's friendly, well-mannered, and seems to truly enjoy being around people. <br/><br/>Baxter previously lived with another dog and may do well with a canine companion. He hasn't been exposed to cats or children, so slow, thoughtful introductions would be important in those situations. <br/><br/>If you're looking for a loyal, relaxed companion with a playful spark, Baxter could be the perfect addition to your home!<br/><br/>**Baxter is neutered and heartworm negative. He has been given a canine distemper and bordetella vaccination and will be vaccinated against Rabies prior to going to his new home.**<br/><br/>Baxter will have an adoption fee of $80 with an approved adoption application. This fee will cover the cost of his neuter, vaccinations in shelter, and heartworm test.
