Bashful Hound Orange, VA

**HE IS CURRENTLY ENROLLED IN OUR CANINE COFFEEWOOD PROGRAM**


Months ago Bashful along with 6 other Hounds were running at large. (Our 7 Dwarfs!). When he came in was so skinny, absolutely filthy and infested with fleas and ticks.

Bashful was extremely shy when he arrived and he still struggles with his confidence but he is an absolutely sweet Hound! He comes out of his shell with other dogs around. He loves to run and he like our other Hounds finds absolute joy playing with Stuffed toys!

Months in a shelter is hard on any animal but when you struggle with being a shy guy it can make you a bit anxious. Bashful needs an active family preferably one with a 4 legged pal that will show him the ropes of living in a home. Bashful has been great with the cats he has met in our cat room and as we said he does well with other dogs!
Bashful is around 6 years young, neutered, microchipped, Heartworm tested and is current on all vaccines including rabies. He has been given a dewormer and started on flea/tick prevention.
