Bart (Foster or Adopter Needed)'s Story
Meet Bart!

Bart is a 3-year-old Flat-Coated Retriever (62 lbs) who is up to date on all vaccines and currently working on building confidence through training. He has a sensitive nature and can be unsure of new people at first, so slow, structured introductions are essential for him to feel safe. While he does well with dogs, we are looking for a home where he will be your only puppy love.

Because of this, Bart is looking for an adopter who is committed to participating in training sessions before bringing him home, so he can build trust gradually. His trainers will also support the transition to set both Bart and his adopter up for success. Bart would do best in a calm, low traffic, adult-only home with no kids.

Once he feels comfortable, Bart is incredibly loyal and forms a strong bond with his person. With patience, consistency, and continued training, he will make a deeply rewarding companion.

Bart can’t wait to meet you! He is waiting in boarding for his perfect forever home. He is neutered, microchipped and vaccinated.

To foster to adopt Bart apply at www.peace4paws.org/foster-application on a laptop or computer.
