Meet Bart!<br/><br/>Bart is a 7-year-old, 10-pound sweetheart who's looking for a patient family willing to help him discover that life can be pretty wonderful.<br/><br/>Everything is still new and a little scary for Bart. He's timid and cautious, but every day he gets a little braver. In just a week, he's already started warming up to me and has found comfort in following my dog, Ricky, everywhere he goes. Ricky is clearly his security blanket!<br/>One of Bart's cutest quirks is the adorable little army crawl he does to greet me when I get home. It's his own special way of saying, "I'm happy you're back," and it's impossible not to smile when you see it.<br/><br/>Walking on a leash is still a work in progress, so he'll need a family that's willing to go at his pace and celebrate the little victories. Potty-training is going well and he generally tolerates his crate as long as it has a comfy bed in it.<br/><br/>He is neutered, dewormed, microchipped, current with all vaccines (as appropriate for his age) and on flea and heartworm prevention.
