Say hi to our tiniest little puppy, Banksy! Banksy is a lovebug who greets you with kisses (and a few affectionate nibbles) every time he wakes up. He's a silly boy with an adventurous spirit. He stays right on your heels, to be sure he's not missing out on any fun. His favorite things are play time, training with tasty treats, and belly rubs. Luckily for him, his beautiful blue eyes and pudgy tummy are impossible to resist!<br/><br/>Banksy is a wiggly ball of energy when he's not sleeping. He's able to preoccupy himself with toys, but he also loves a game of tug or wrestling with his much larger doggy foster sister. He enjoys brief romps outside, but he's sensitive to heat and at risk for sunburn with his short, white coat. After play, he winds down in his playpen with a frozen Kong or something yummy to chew.<br/><br/>Banksy is super smart and highly food motivated. He learned to "touch" a hand, "sit", and "lay" at only 7 weeks old! He's a typical mouthy puppy, but redirection and reverse timeouts are helping him learn bite inhibition. Regular, enforced nap times and multiple small meals throughout the day also make him less mouthy, easier to train, and keep him from getting overstimulated. He is vocal when he wants attention, play, or food, but when all his needs are met he's a mostly quiet boy.<br/><br/>Banksy would love a patient doggy sibling to play with! He interacts well with his kitty foster siblings and visiting children. With consistent positive reinforcement training and proper boundaries, he could happily coexist with dog-savvy cats and kids. However, he's already strong and energetic so cats, small or old dogs, and little kids may be easily overwhelmed by his rambunctious play.
