Meet Bankroll, a one and a half year old Staffie/Lab mix weighing under 60 pounds. <br/><br/>Bankroll is ready to invest all of his love into one lucky family! This short and squat little guy has one of those faces that makes you stop and say, "Wait... what is he mixed with?" We’re still trying to figure that mystery out ourselves, but whatever the recipe is, the result is undeniably adorable.<br/><br/>Bankroll came to us through Animal Control after his owner was arrested, and sadly no one ever came for him. While the shelter can be overwhelming, this sweet boy has shown us that underneath his nervous exterior is a dog who really just wants comfort and reassurance from people.<br/><br/>During his photo session, Bankroll was a little intimidated by the camera and wasn’t quite sure about being the center of attention. But the moment the camera went down, he trotted right over looking for affection and love. He seems to be a big scaredy-cat at heart and clearly finds safety in being close to people. He walks nicely on leash and has an adorable little prance that somehow makes him even cuter.<br/><br/>Bankroll isn’t looking to be the tough guy—he’s looking to be someone’s baby. He’s searching for a home where he can trade uncertainty for security and spend the rest of his days soaking up love, attention, and the comfort he’s been waiting for.<br/><br/>This pet is available for adoption on 5/19/2026 12:49 PM at the Yakima Humane Society adoption center.
