Banjo's Story

Banjo, a calm, cool guy! Here's what foster mom has said:
Banjo is an affectionate lower energy companion. He likes to be with people, but also loves the security of his crate. He would love a patient person that will continue to help him adjust to living inside. He is crate trained and sleeps there overnight. Banjo enjoys looking out the window, napping on his bed or couch, chewing on bones, and chasing after balls in the fenced in backyard. He walks well on a leash and is sweet and gentle with everyone he meets. Surprisingly quiet for a coonhound, does like squirrels and will chase. He enjoys the company of my dogs, but I think would also be fine as an only dog.

Name: Banjo
Age: approx 5 years old
Weight: 67 pounds
Color: red/white ticked
Breed: American English Coonhound
Vaccines: Up to date
Altered: yes
Heartworm Status: negative, on prevention
Energy Level: low
House trained: yes
Crate trained: yes
Dog friendly: yes
Cat friendly: has not lived with cats but was successfully cat tested
Kid friendly: yes
Temperament: calm, loving, lazy, sweet
Adoption fee: 275

Available for adoption anywhere in the US and Canada with transport provided at no extra cost

Currently located in PA

Application link:
http://new.shelterluv.com/matchme/adopt/VACC/Dog
