Bandit's Story
Meet Bandit! He fits his name, stealing volunteer's hearts! Bandit is currently about 38lbs, and maybe 10 months old, possibly a Caroline Dog mix? Bandit is dog friendly and will be spending time on our play yards soon! He is still a puppy & needs some manners when it comes to jumping up on people. He recently got a field trip and this is what the handler had to say. “Bandit was wary to load into the truck bed as this was probably his first ride. He allows you to pick him up to load and road very nice and quiet on the way to town. He did well exploring at the park on the long line, but had to learn that it was only 30’ long. His play style is typical puppy, fun and energetic. This is a very happy pup and even though his recall is not consistent yet, he always runs to you quickly, willingly and stops at your feet wagging his tail ready to receive petting and praise. He was very interested in meeting kids and the toys they play with as well as wanting to play with other dogs. Bandit is a young dog and even though this guy doesn’t have his leash manners down yet, he showed improvement while walking through town. He loves to cuddle, accepts all affection and will keep a smile on your face because he is always smiling back with exerted happiness.” <br/>Come check out our adoptable dogs at 2650 Washington Blvd, Crescent City, CA 95531.
