Bandit's Story

Bandit
1 year, neutered male, 11 lb
Minpin mix

LIKES: Sticking close to his foster family, playing with toys and other dogs, admiring himself in the mirror (to be fair, he is VERY handsome), dinner time and treats, jumping.

DISLIKES: Being suddenly woken up by the other dogs in his foster home jumping on him.

PERSONALITY TRAITS: Bandit is an affectionate and goofy boy who just wants to be loved and played with. He is a total lovebug at home, but he does have anxiety which manifests as reactivity on walks. He needs a person who can train with him to feel safe and secure, so he doesn’t bark at other dogs on walks.

CRATE TRAINING: He sleeps quietly without fuss in a crate in the bedroom at night. He’s not keen on being kept in a pen or crate during the day and will let you know about it.

POTTY TRAINING: Bandit is house-trained and goes to the bathroom outside on a schedule.

OTHER: Bandit is good with other small dogs, unknown with cats and children. He needs a home with a fully-fenced yard, as he has prey drive when he sees squirrels. He would benefit from someone who has experience with small-breed dogs and can be firm with training in the early days to have better manners.

To further inquire about BANDIT, submit an application.
https://wigglytails.org/adoption-application/

Tell us about yourself, family, other pets, and how BANDIT will mesh with your lifestyle.
