Bambi Italian Greyhound & Whippet Mix Marana, AZ

Bambi came to us when her former owner could no longer care for her. Bambi is about 5 months old and our best guess is that she is an Italian Greyhound mix - she has long legs, a slim graceful neck, and loves to run, run, run! She has two speeds: running and sleeping! Bambi is currently about 6 lbs and still has some growing to do - she may mature to be around 10 lbs (estimated). She is potty pad trained and coming along well with house-training. She is learning to walk on leash and does well in her crate at night, although she does love to burrow under the covers with you! Bambi wants nothing more than to be by your side. She is a true 'velcro dog' and loves her people. She can take a bit to warm up around men, but does fine with patience and a gentle touch, and treats of course! She does well with other dogs her size and loves to run and play. Bambi is just a baby and will need a home that will continue to build her confidence and social skills. Prospective owners should read about the Italian Greyhound breed so see if Bambi would be a good fit in their home and lifestyle. Bambi will come spayed, microchipped and current on vaccines and will be adoption ready by 3/23/24.
