Meet Balto

Calling all track stars! My name is Balto and I'm ready to race.

While everyone admires my striking good looks, I am searching for an adopter who is familiar with the wonderful world of huskies. I love to run laps in the play yard and would make an excellent addition to an active, adult only home. Don't let my size fool you though; I act like a giant puppy when playing with my favorite toys. Speaking of toys, please don't tell the kennel staff my special secret: I hide my ropes and squeaky bones under my bed so they give me new ones. Clever, I know :)

My ancestors have done well on sled teams, but that's just not my style. As a solo sport athlete, I am not interested in sharing my home with other dogs or cats.
