Bali's Story

Bali is the most curious of her litter and her personality seems to be that of a dog who will enjoy spending a lot of lap time with her humans or snuggled up with other dogs.<br/><br/>This charming baby with the eye catching face stripe is a chihuahua x something. Thanks to a fan of these country cuties, we should have DNA results on them in a few weeks. Their mom weighs around 14 lbs and is the sweetest, lap girl. <br/><br/>With her enthusiasm for exploring she is sure to make someone a great family pet!<br/><br/>Bali 2.0 lbs and growing. Our best guess is she will be under 20 lbs fully grown. (When the DNA comes back guessing will be easier lol) <br/><br/>She did inherit a cute underbite from her mama and will need a family committed to making sure her teeth stay healthy. <br/><br/>Bali is currently fostered near Louisville Ky and will be ready to join her new family around September 5th.

Thank you for your interest in adopting from KY Hopeful Paws. Please read the below requirements before submitting an adoption application. We will reach out to you with any questions, or if your application is approved. You must FULLY COMPLETE the adoption application. We cannot process incomplete applications. All current pets must be up-to-date on vaccinations, flea, tick, and heartworm preventative, and must be spayed or neutered. If you have extenuating health circumstances with a pet, please note on your application and provide a letter from your veterinarian with an explanation. Please note: due to the high volume of applications we receive, we cannot reach out to those whose applications are incomplete or are not approved. Please note: this application does not guarantee approval of your application or placement of a dog into your home. Some dogs will receive several applications and others only a few. We attempt to find the best-matched home for each dog. If not selected, your application will remain on file for future dogs. Please note: Our rescue is run solely by volunteers. It may be a number of weeks before you hear back regarding your application. Please be patient as we are trying to work through applications as quickly as possible.
