When Balboa first arrived at the MSPCA as a stray, he was severely underweight and clearly had a tough road behind him. Thanks to the dedicated care of our hospital team, he’s made an incredible recovery and is now back on his paws, feeling stronger every day. <br/><br/>While much of Balboa’s past is unknown, what we do know is that he’s ready for a fresh start with a patient and understanding adopter. He’ll thrive in a home willing to give him the time and space he needs to settle in and slowly expand his world at his pace.
