Bailey's Story

AVAILABLE FOR ADOPTION: BAILEY
aka: Certified Chicken Nugget

If you've ever looked at a dog and thought, Wow... that is literally a walking, wiggling chicken nugget with legs, then congratulations, your dream dog has arrived.

Meet Bailey, our 2-year-old, 52-pound itty bitty pitty who somehow defies both physics and portion sizing. She may technically weigh 52 lbs, but spiritually? She is fun-sized. Compact. Economical. Travel-friendly. Nugget-shaped.

Bailey's Highlights Include:
- Professional leash tug-of-war champion (she will absolutely win)
- Olympic-level goofiness (zero dignity, 100% entertainment)
- Built like a potato, moves like a cartoon character
- Expert in the art of making you laugh when you didn't even know you needed it
Bailey doesn't just play, she commits. Whether it's tug-of-war with her leash, zoomies that come out of nowhere, or flopping dramatically for attention, she lives life at full volume. If joy were a dog, it would look a lot like Bailey.

Personality Snapshot:
Bailey is what we in the professional dog world call a goofy goober. She is silly, affectionate, and just the right amount of chaotic to keep life interesting. She's the kind of dog who will make you laugh daily, sometimes intentionally, sometimes just by existing.

Ideal Home:
Someone who appreciates:
- A dog with personality (and then some)
- Interactive play (especially tug-of-war negotiations)
- Daily laughter
- Slightly ridiculous levels of cuteness
Warning: Side effects of adopting Bailey may include spontaneous smiling, frequent laughter, and an uncontrollable urge to refer to your dog as a chicken nugget.

If you're ready to add a hilarious, lovable, chicken-nugget-shaped best friend to your life, Bailey is waiting to meet you.

Come meet Bailey and see for yourself, we promise she's even funnier in person.
Contact the Whitmore Animal Shelter
(760)935-4734
