Once she's out of her kennel, Baby Yoda enjoys taking her time to sniff and explore, but don't let her independence fool you—she keeps an eye on her person and is always happy to come back for some attention.<br/><br/>Baby Yoda is responsive to her handler and already knows **sit**. She takes treats gently and happily works for them, making her a fun dog to continue training with. She also loves toys, especially a good game of tug with her favorite stuffed chicken! She's happy to play with you and then settle back into exploring on her own.<br/><br/>She's also been very comfortable with routine handling, including having her paws, ears, tail, collar, and body handled. At the end of her evaluation, she walked right back into her kennel without any trouble.<br/><br/>Baby Yoda does have some things we are still learning about her. She showed significant interest in cats, including staring and growling toward one, so **a cat-free home is recommended**. Her interactions with other dogs are still being evaluated, and she would benefit from an appropriate, controlled introduction with a potential canine companion.<br/><br/>What we do know is that Baby Yoda has a lot to offer.
