Baby Mixed Breed Jackson, WY

Meet Baby! Baby was a stray dog on the Wind River Reservation and her finders couldn't keep her but they did take excellent care of her until they could bring her to us to find a permanent home. Despite having a stressful and tumultuous recent past, Baby is a sweet girl who is now experiencing some stability and comfort under our care. While she may be initially timid, especially with new men, she warms up to people who show her kindness and give her some space. Her foster family has fallen in love with her and reports that she's adapting well to their home, learning to trust and make new furry friends. She is gaining more confidence each day and will continue to be supported by our behavior team as she looks for an adoptive home!

To set up a meet and greet, please fill out a dog adoption application ASAP or if you have already submitted one with us, call/email to put your name in line. We will form a line like usual based on who has an active and approved application in. Please note, Animal Adoption Center cannot guarantee the breed, composition or ages of our dogs as we usually have no history prior to them entering the rescue. We make every effort to ensure the dogs are healthy. Please know that our intention is to insure long lasting committed homes for the animals at the AAC. If we feel that an animal and a potential owner are not a good fit we reserve the right to refuse adoption.
