Born October 21, 2025 Baa Baa and her 6 siblings were surrendered to a Canadian shelter with their Mom at just 2 days old. A child had gotten into the whelping box of Baa Baas young Mom and unfortunately Mom attacked the child which resulted in 2 broken wrists. <br/><br/>Mom was surrendered with her babies by the backyard breeder.<br/><br/>The puppies stayed at the shelter until they were 6 weeks old, then they all joined foster homes at Mattie's Place and Mom joined a board & train program where she was absolutely exceptional. Mom has since been adopted through Matties Place and is doing amazing!! All of Baa Baas siblings are also adopted and are terrific pups. <br/><br/>Mom is 29 KG/64 pounds. Dad is in the same weight range. At Baa Baa's 1st vet appointment for her vaccines and dewormer she weighed in at 2.8 KG/ 6 pounds [Dec 3, 2025]. At her 2nd vaccine appointment Dec 29, she weighed in at 6.2 KG/13.5 pounds. At her final vaccine appointment, Feb 2, 2026 she weighed in at 3.2 kg / 29 pounds. <br/><br/>At her spay appointment, May 21, 2026 she weighed in at 24.2 KG 53 pounds.<br/><br/>I estimate her weight to fall in the 60 pound range as an adult dog, given her weight at 7 months old being 53 pounds.<br/><br/>Baa Baa is just a great dog and it's astonishing to be that she's not been adopted in 6 months. <br/><br/>An adopter ready to jump into professional training is important so we can be sure she grows into an amazing adult dog<br/><br/>If you're looking for an amazing pup to welcome home, consider this beauty! <br/><br/>FROM THE FOSTER:<br/><br/>She is friendly, affectionate, and loves everyone she meetsincluding kids, other dogs, and cats and birds.
