These little sisters are still babies who are discovering how fun life can be— whether that means wrestling with toys, chasing their canine friend around the house, or curling up together for a cozy nap.

Daily Routine

Like most puppies, Gadget and Gizmo thrive on a predictable routine.

Their day usually begins bright and early around 6:00–6:30 AM, when they wake up and get some time out of their pen to stretch, play, and take a potty break. Breakfast is served around 7:00 AM, and once their bellies are full, the fun begins.

Mornings are often spent playing with each other, toys, and their foster sibling Ollie, a friendly 22-lb doodle who has quickly become their playmate and role model. They can happily wrestle, tug toys, and zoom around for a couple of hours before crashing into their first nap of the day.

Puppy life means plenty of play followed by plenty of rest. They have another meal around 1:30 PM and then dinner around 8:00 PM. Throughout the afternoon and evening, the sisters rotate between energetic play sessions, exploring, and recharging with naps.

After their final burst of evening zoomies, they settle down for bedtime between 9:30–10:00 PM. During the day they spend time in their pen in the living room, and they also sleep there at night.

Personality

Gadget and Gizmo may pretend to be shy for a minute, but it's all an act. After a few minutes, their affectionate and playful personalities shine and they're your new best friends!

Both girls are big-time cuddlers who love snuggling with each other and with their people. While they aren’t constant “velcro” puppies, they are curious and like to check in on what their humans are doing. They often wander over to investigate interesting sounds or activity and happily settle nearby when they feel comfortable.

Gizmo

Gizmo has a delightfully dorky personality and tends to make people laugh with her antics and expressions. She’s confident, goofy, and always ready for the next round of fun. If there’s roughhousing happening, Gizmo is almost certainly the one who started it! And once she's done, she's ready to curl up in your lap for a nap. Play hard, snooze hard!

Gadget

Gadget is curious and adventurous in her own way—she likes to climb onto surfaces, investigate new spots, and explore her environment. She’s a little princess who knows how to get attention when she wants it, and her persistence and charm make it hard not to spoil her.

Playtime & Energy Level

These girls are still young puppies, so they naturally have bursts of playful energy followed by long naps. They love wrestling with each other, chewing on rope and rubber toys, and playing tug-of-war.

They are currently teething, which means they enjoy chewing appropriate toys and may occasionally test out things like rug edges or mats if toys aren’t nearby. Providing plenty of chew toys will help guide them through this normal puppy phase.

When they’re not playing, they transform into sweet, sleepy cuddle bugs.

Dog Friends

Gadget and Gizmo live with a 22-lb doodle named Ollie, and they absolutely adore him.

They were initially a little shy because he seemed so big compared to them, but it didn’t take long before they realized he was a fantastic playmate. Now they happily chase him, wrestle with him, and sometimes even team up together during playtime.

What Makes Them Special

These girls are full of personality and bring constant laughter and sweetness into a home.

One particularly memorable moment happened during a work meeting when their foster suddenly noticed something unusual moving across the computer’s green screen background. When they turned around, they discovered Gadget and Gizmo playing tug-of-war with a potty pad, proudly parading their prize across the room like a trophy.

They are smart, silly, and endlessly entertaining— exactly the kind of puppies who make every day brighter.

Gadget and Gizmo are two lovable little sisters who are ready to grow up in homes filled with patience, playtime, and affection. Whoever welcomes one of these girls into their life will be gaining a joyful, hilarious, and very lovable companion.
