When everything was said and done, the shelter was overwhelmed and out of space, leaving Summer and her little ones in an outdoor area, just waiting and hoping for a chance <br/><br/>And then... that chance came <br/><br/>An incredible foster stepped up and gave this mama and her babies the safe place they so desperately needed. Like, nonstop tail wags, gentle eyes, and pure love in dog form.
